Northlane

Terms of Service

Last updated 12 February 2026.

1. Service

Northlane caches and serves static files supplied by the customer from regional nodes. The service does not execute customer code and does not render dynamic responses.

2. Account

The customer is responsible for credentials issued to project members and for revoking access when a member leaves. Shared credentials are discouraged; per-member tokens are available in the console.

3. Fair use

Plans include a monthly egress allowance. Sustained use above the plan allowance is billed at the overage rate shown in the console before it applies. We notify the account owner before any overage begins.

4. Acceptable use

The following are not permitted on the network:

Reports go to abuse@northlane-cdn.example and must include the full request URL and the x-nl-request-id header.

5. Availability

Paid plans target 99.9% monthly availability measured at the edge. Planned maintenance is announced on the status page at least 48 hours in advance and is scheduled outside regional peak hours.

6. Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for unpaid invoices after two written reminders, or immediately for acceptable-use violations that put the shared network at risk.

7. Changes

Material changes to these terms are announced to account owners by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
